Getting Started

Once you log in:

✔ Begin with the Introduction Section to understand how the program works

✔ In the Introduction Section, be sure to download and print your Weekly Reset Tracker and your Reflection Workbook. If you don't have access to a printer, no worries, you can use a notebook to track and record your responses to the weekly reflections.

✔On Friday, March 27, your first week of the course will unlock for you to watch the video lessons and read through to prepare for week one.

✔Your first, LIVE Zoom coaching call will be Wednesday, April 1, from 6:15-6:45 PM. Be on the lookout that week for your Zoom link sent to you via email. Come to the call with questions and/or challenges!
