Your Next Steps:

1. Create Your Healthie Account

Use this link to create your account: Healthie Link

• You can also download the Healthie app directly to your phone for easy access.

2. Complete Your Intake Forms

• Fill out the intake questionnaire

• Review and sign the coaching waiver.

• These will be sent in a form request email from Abby once you have created your account. (This may not be immediate.)

3. Upload Any Previous Lab Work

• If you have recent lab results you'd like Abby to view, you can upload images or PDFs directly into your Journal within the Healthie app.

4. Schedule Your Initial Session

• Once your forms have been completed, Abby will contact you to schedule your first consultation through the Healthie App.

• During this session, we'll review your health history, symptoms, goals and begin building your personalized wellness plan.

Telehealth Sessions:

All coaching sessions will be conducted through the Healthie platform, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.

If you selected the Consultation Only, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade to the Restorative Health Coaching Package after our meeting if you feel you'd benefit from more personalized support, ongoing guidance, and a more comprehensive wellness plan. Should you choose to continue, your $200 consultation fee will be credited toward the package investment, allowing you to seamlessly transition into the full coaching experience.
