Foundational Wellness Coaching

This 3-month, 1-on-1 coaching program is designed to help you create real, lasting change through supportive, foundational wellness habits that fit your everyday life.

We start with a 60-minute initial session discussing your current lifestyle, stress levels, routines, habits, and wellness goals to create a wellness vision focused on helping you feel more balanced, energized, and consistent in your wellness journey.

You’ll then receive five, 30-minute coaching sessions for ongoing support, accountability, mindset shifts, goal setting, and sustainable lifestyle changes so you can stop starting over and build lasting wellness habits that truly work for you.

As a health and wellness coach, I help you turn intentions into consistent, sustainable action. While you may already have goals or a general idea of what you want to improve, my role is to guide you in creating a clear, personalized approach that fits your life.

Through one-on-one coaching, we break things down into manageable steps, build habits that support your goals, and create a structure that helps you stay consistent. I provide accountability, guidance, and support so you’re not navigating the process alone. The focus is not on doing more, but on doing what matters most in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

Restorative Health Coaching

A 1-on-1 personalized health coaching program designed to take a deeper look at your individual symptoms, lifestyle, stress, nutrition, sleep, daily habits, and health history to help uncover possible underlying imbalances that may be impacting your overall well-being.

We begin with a comprehensive 60-minute initial session where we review your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns, stress levels, wellness goals, nutrition, movement, sleep, and other foundational factors to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we develop an individualized, 4-month wellness plan focused on nutrition, movement, lifestyle changes, nervous system support, toxin reduction, success mindset, sleep, and recommended supplement support designed to help support your body and overall balance.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive five, 30-minute follow-up coaching sessions for accountability, guidance, protocol support, adjustments, education, and ongoing encouragement as your body and needs evolve.

This program is designed to help you build sustainable habits, feel supported throughout your journey, and create long-term wellness changes that fit your real life.

Meet Abby

Your Integrative Health Practitioner Coaching Specialist

Abby is a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Level 1, through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through American Fitness Professionals and Associates, recognized through the National Board of Health and Wellness. She holds additional specialized certifications in women’s health, fitness, nutrition, holistic health, Ayurveda, sound healing, and yoga. Abby holds a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Education and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education. Abby has also owned and operated a successful yoga and fitness studio, where she helped others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, my training brings together a wide range of healing modalities, including Ayurvedic medicine, bioregulatory medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbalism, Eastern philosophy, traditional naturopathy, orthomolecular medicine, and functional medicine.

Abby's path into health and wellness coaching wasn’t just professional; it was personal. After navigating her own health challenges and searching for deeper answers, she discovered how powerful it is when you address the root causes instead of just managing symptoms, and learned how to successfully implement her lifetime wellness vision. That experience reshaped the way she approaches coaching.

Abby combines science, practical strategy, behavior change, motivational interviewing, and real-life application to help people feel strong, clear, and steady in their bodies again. Her goal is simple: to help you understand what your body needs in a bio-individualized way and uncover the tools and habits to support it long-term.
