By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital product, course, program, or subscription offered by Abby Elizabeth LLC, including but not limited to The Wellness Pantry, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

All digital products, courses, programs, and subscriptions are owned and operated by Abby Elizabeth LLC. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Payments and Pricing

Prices for digital products, courses, and subscriptions are listed on the corresponding sales pages and are subject to change at any time.

For subscription-based products:
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• Current monthly subscription pricing may be $27 USD per month, unless otherwise stated
• By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of all products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for:
• Digital products
• Courses
• Subscriptions
• Unused content
• Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel at any time.

To cancel, log into your account, navigate to your settings, select “Manage My Subscription,” and choose the subscription you wish to cancel.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for past or current billing periods. Access remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Access to Digital Content

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the applicable digital content.

Content may include, but is not limited to:
• Videos
• Recipes
• Meal plans
• Guides
• Worksheets
• Educational materials

Access duration varies by product and is outlined on each sales page. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue content at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content is the exclusive property of Abby Elizabeth LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Share login access
• Resell or license materials
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Provide access to non-paying individuals

All purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license only.

By purchasing, you agree to release and hold harmless Abby Elizabeth LLC from any claims related to your participation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Abby Elizabeth LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

12. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, course, or subscription if these Terms and Conditions are violated or content is misused.

13. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, Stripe. Abby Elizabeth LLC does not store or have access to full payment information.

Payment disputes must be addressed through the payment processor used at checkout.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of any product or service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
