Food Sensitivities
A closer look at how your immune system is responding to more than 190 commonly eaten foods.
This at-home blood spot test measures IgG antibody responses to a wide variety of foods. Results categorize responses by level, which can be used alongside symptoms, food history, and an elimination/reintroduction approach to explore possible food-related patterns.
What It Measures
190+ Foods: Including dairy, grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, peas, proteins, nuts, seeds, and other commonly consumed foods
IgG Antibody Responses: Measures and categorizes IgG reactivity to individual foods
Candida & Yeast: Includes additional antibody markers related to Candida albicans and yeast
Why You May Want to Run It
This test may provide additional information when exploring persistent concerns such as bloating, digestive discomfort, headaches, brain fog, skin concerns, joint discomfort, fatigue, or changes in mood that seem to occur alongside certain foods.
Rather than unnecessarily removing large groups of foods long term, results can be considered as one piece of the bigger picture when developing an individualized nutrition plan and determining which foods may be worth exploring more closely.
