About Wellness with Abby Elizabeth

You know your body better than anyone. If you've been doing "all the right things" but still don't feel like yourself, you're not alone. Many people are left searching for answers when symptoms persist despite eating well, exercising, or trying different approaches. My passion is helping you better understand your body and uncover the lifestyle factors that may be contributing to how you feel.

I believe true health and wellness begin with understanding that the body functions as one connected system. Nutrition, gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, fatigue, inflammation, movement, mindset, and daily habits don't work independently. They influence one another. Rather than focusing on one symptom at a time, I help clients take a step back to look at the bigger picture and build a strong foundation that supports long-term health.

For more than 17 years, my career has centered around education. I've learned that lasting change happens when people understand the "why" behind what they're doing. That same philosophy guides every client I work with today. My goal isn't simply to tell you what to do. It's to educate, empower, and support you so you can confidently care for your health long after our time together.

Through personalized health and wellness coaching, I help clients create realistic, sustainable habits that fit their lives. Together, we'll explore your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, movement, sleep, and other foundational factors to develop a personalized plan that supports your wellness goals. Whether you're looking to improve your energy, support hormone balance, optimize digestion, reduce inflammation, or simply feel healthier and stronger, you'll receive individualized guidance every step of the way.

My coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and rooted in education. I believe lasting wellness isn't built through perfection or quick fixes. It's built through understanding your body, making intentional choices, and creating consistent habits that support lifelong health.

My path into wellness has been both professional and personal. Before I ever became a health coach or integrative health practitioner, I was the one looking for answers and support.

I worked with both a health coach and a functional medicine practitioner during my own wellness journey. I realized that even when you feel like you’re doing everything “right,” sometimes you need someone with a different perspective, additional knowledge, and the ability to see things you may not see on your own.

That experience played a big role in my own journey and ultimately inspired the work I do today. It’s also why I believe so strongly in having someone in your corner to listen, guide, educate, and support you along the way. Through my own journey of learning how to better support my body, work toward healing, and understand what it needs to feel its best, I developed a deeper appreciation for just how connected our health really is.

I believe there is a place for both the foundations of wellness and looking deeper when something still doesn’t feel right. Sometimes we need support creating healthier habits, setting meaningful goals, and following through. Other times, we need to take a closer look at our symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and functional lab results to better understand patterns and areas that may need additional support, healing, and balance.

My goal is to help you become more connected to your own health, understand your body better, and feel empowered to make choices that support the way you want to feel.

Feeling good in your body starts with learning how to support it. I'm looking forward to partnering with you as you build a healthier, stronger foundation for your future.
